This draft describes information used by the current LIQVOLA website and identifies privacy decisions that still require business and legal approval.

This page separates confirmed website behaviour from decisions that LIQVOLA must approve. Every section marked “Replace before production” must be completed with reviewed business-specific terms before this policy is treated as final.
Information currently handled by the website
The website currently processes information customers choose to provide when using account, checkout, order-tracking, and contact features.
- Account information such as name and email when a customer creates or uses an account.
- Checkout and delivery information such as name, email, phone number, and shipping address.
- Order and payment references, payment status, purchased item snapshots, and fulfilment status.
- Contact-form information such as name, email, optional phone number, subject, and message.
- Cart information saved in the customer’s browser so the cart can remain available after refresh.
- A first-party analytics preference saved in the customer’s browser so the website can remember whether optional analytics was allowed or declined.
How current features use information
The implemented website uses submitted information to provide requested account features, calculate and create orders, process payment results, show order status, support delivery, and save contact enquiries.
The website stores payment gateway references and statuses. It is not designed to store raw payment-card details or CVV data.
Systems currently used
The current implementation uses Supabase for authentication and database services and Razorpay for online payment processing. Optional Google Analytics or Google Tag Manager and Vercel performance measurement load only after a visitor allows analytics and only when LIQVOLA has enabled the analytics feature. Those providers process information needed to provide their respective services under their own applicable terms and notices.
Implemented analytics preferences
Optional analytics is off when no choice has been saved and when analytics is declined. Google Analytics or Google Tag Manager scripts and Vercel performance measurement are not loaded until analytics is allowed. The website does not add advertising or marketing cookies through this mechanism.
The Privacy settings control in the footer can be used to change the choice. Declining after analytics was loaded stops future LIQVOLA ecommerce analytics dispatches immediately and reloads the page so the previously loaded provider script is removed.
- Necessary browser storage and authentication cookies remain available because cart, account, checkout, payment, and security features depend on them.
- Ecommerce analytics may contain product name, SKU, quantity, INR price, coupon code, trusted order number, shipping amount, and tax amount. It is designed not to send customer name, email, phone, delivery address, or payment references.
